"HARD WORK + DEDICATION = RESULTS" ~Coach Marion This twelve-week program is designed for prospects around elementary age and stage of development. The main focus will surround the building blocks of foundation, fundamentals, coordination and confidence. Time is from 4pm-5pm.
Group Training Policy
Punctuality: Client shall be attired as discussed below and ready to train at the time specified. Failure to be prepared to train may result in a shortened workout. If Client and Legal Guardian anticipates running late, he/she should contact the Trainer as soon as possible. Attire: Client must wear comfortable workout attire, including, but not limited to, clean t-shirts, shorts, and sweats. Athletic shoes must be supportive and functional. Workout gloves are optional. Please do not hesitate to ask Trainer for advice on what type of clothing and shoes are appropriate. Please bring bottle of water and towel, if needed. Stopping Exercises: Client and Legal Guardian may refuse or stop any exercise for any reason. It is Client’s responsibility to notify Trainer of any discomfort or pain arising from or during exercise, as well as any and all other known limitations Client has or experiences. Trainer may accommodate Client and substitute another exercise to work that particular muscle group. Cancellation of Session: In the event that the Client is unable to attend a session, you may cancel the session on the mobile app at least 24 hours in advance. The Trainer will reach out to you to reschedule missed session. Inclement Weather (Acts of God): All training programs will be held outside, when the temperature is 50 degrees or above. In the event there is inclement weather or if the temperature is below 50 degrees, Trainer will notify Client and Legal Guardian via text of an alternate location, or if the session will need to be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
