At Marion Fitness & Nutrition, we help young athletes ages 7–18 build strength, confidence, and athletic performance through structured training programs in Argyle, Texas. Our youth strength and conditioning programs focus on developing coordination, speed, and power while building a strong foundation for lifelong athletic success. Whether your child is new to sports or preparing for school, club, or collegiate competition, our certified coaches provide a positive, high-energy environment that challenges, motivates, and inspires growth—both physically and mentally.
We offer 12-week training sessions designed to help athletes stay consistent and committed to their goals, and during the summer months, we also offer 8-week programs that keep kids active, engaged, and improving during their break. Our age-based programs—Junior (7–10), Varsity Prep (11–14), and Collegiate Prep (15–18)—are tailored to each athlete’s stage of development, emphasizing proper technique, discipline, and confidence. Serving Argyle, Justin, and the surrounding North Texas communities, Marion Fitness & Nutrition equips youth athletes with the tools, mindset, and work ethic to perform at their best—on the field and in life.
